The Wisconsin Campaign for Better Care is advocating for health care delivery system reforms to improve care for vulnerable older adults with multiple chronic conditions. A primary goal of the Campaign is to build a lasting and powerful consumer voice by organizing older adults and their families as activists for better care. We will go beyond the statistics about chronic illness to put a human face on the issue, to mobilize and engage patients and families to fight for the care they want and need, and to bring the voice of the consumer to the center of the policy debate.
