Individual Membership is available to anyone of any age interested in supporting the Coalition of Wisconsin Aging Groups. For $25 per year, you will receive  up-to-the-minute legal and legislative information. Note:  Individual membership includes two people per household.

How do I Become a CWAG Individual Member?

Please contact Member Services Supervisor, Glenna Schumann at 800.366.2990 or 608.224.0606, ext. 326 to request an application form. Individual memberships are also accepted over the phone using Visa or MasterCard.
