Coalition of Wisconsin Aging Groups - Prescription Drug Helpline for Medicare Beneficiaries
Who We Are
The Prescription Drug Helpline is a service operated by the Coalition of Wisconsin Aging Groups. Helpline counselors are available to provide assistance to Wisconsin Medicare beneficiaries and their families (including those who are under age 65 and receive Medicare coverage due to a disability) regarding prescription drug benefits. Information and coordination with other public and private prescription drug coverage is provided.
What We Do
- The services of the Prescription Drug Helpline include:
Staffing a toll-free information line 866.456.8211 to provide help to Medicare beneficiaries and their families concerning prescription drug coverage under Medicare;
- Providing information, assistance, and referral services to all Medicare beneficiaries (regardless of age or income level) regarding Medicare and other prescription drug benefits; and
- Offering public education concerning choices and options in prescription drug coverage under Medicare, SeniorCare, and other prescription drug benefits.
